Typical Guy CEO , tells shareholders after it happens ! They were late at the end of November with reporting financials  , shareholders were not told anything , Guy is a Narsisstic scamming CEO , we were never in this all together it was about him , never about having a company with continuous revenue and  shareholders own 95% of the shares here and they let this scammer run it into the ground after over paying him and his private held company 93154466 Quebec Inc. for nothing . I hope there is a lawyer in the group who got burnt and can start a class action law suit to suck this scammer dry the way he sucked all shareholders dry. I started asking questions here years ago  and all I got was name called, had we banded together years ago we could have held Guy accountable and perhaps had at least one product to sell.
