No Poison pill for ONCY?

No Poison pill for ONCY?The statement was made that there is no poison pill protecting from a hostile takeover. In the back of my mind, I thoought I had read something to the contrary. Does anyone know, based on SEDAR or other sources, if it is true that ONCY does or does NOT have a poison pill strategy?

Of course, in a competitive context such as we beielve we are in, other market players are the antidote to a low ball hostile takeover. Other bids would be forthcoming, based on our results.
