Oncolytics Biotech Inc. is a clinical-stage biotechnology company. The Company is focused on developing pelareorep, an intravenously delivered immunotherapeutic agent that activates the innate and adaptive immune systems and weakens tumor defense mechanisms. RE:No Poison pill for ONCY?

I asked.the company years ago about a poison pill and was told they do not have one a d would be contrary to negotiations. This was years ago though but anything I have read on sedar does not show a poison pill that I am aware of.
On a side note, today sure does not look like a company that is knowingly in negotiations. What is it going to take for the shareholders to get a break other than an outright offer. Good results sure aren't doing it and very frustrating to watch.
