RE:RE:Buyout riskI don't see the gov't blocking this. Its a go-private transaction, not a big bank swallowing them up so it won't affect competition or concentration in the market.
The risk I see is the buyer walking away but I have to believe he knows the company is underperforming and he can run it better with full control.
I traded the TWTR buyout and although that had more drama the spread really widened on that one when the markets thought the deal was going to fall apart.
This trade reminds me more of SAIL. The spread widened to almost 10% at one point but it did eventually close.
