RE:Feds scrap

RE:Feds scrapThe Matawa's via the two proponent chiefs made it crystal clear to Pirie at the Empire Club, that unless their long laundry list of problems are addressed upfront, there will be minga progress.

The only solution is to make this expenditure part of capex for each developer.   Nothing that doesn't happen elsewhere in other industries like property development, where say if a developer wants to put up a new building, it may have to widen some roads and donate some parkland to get approval from the municipality.

Instead of wider roads and parkland, the FNs want potable water and better living conditions, and rightly so.

As far as developers offering future benefits to the FNs predicated on opening up the development... They have been fuxolong and for so many times in the past that that agreeing to  potential trinkets is not going to happen.   They are dug in on this, which is why nothing has moved for 10 years.
