Co. has admitted it dropped the ball.

Care mgmt software has been around long before Reliq and one of its main features from the beginning has been the close monitoring/auditing of time with the patient so that the clinician ensures he/she meets the minimum 20 minutes, 40 minutes per month required by CMS to be reimbursed.
