I just listened to 4th quater call again. Doug Cooper asked if this was an opportunistic time to buy more shares as it was going down.

He didn't say one word of supporting the stock price from falling. This was at the 27th minute. They are more focused on M & A at this time, than buyback. Please listen to the call again. I would of commented earlier, but they just uploaded the conference call.

You failed again to get the facts correct.
