Oncolytics Biotech Inc. is a clinical-stage biotechnology company. The Company is focused on developing pelareorep, an intravenously delivered immunotherapeutic agent that activates the innate and adaptive immune systems and weakens tumor defense mechanisms. Pfizer was never going to pull the trigger at the end of the 90 days, knowing that they'd start a multi billion bidding war without more de-risk, that will be the "truly impressive" data to be revealed at ASCO in June.
