Personally I had a good chuckle at the part of the "deal"that claimed the $400K bridge loan was secured by the assets of Lithos. Maybe they didn't think anybody would notice the "Total Assets" of Lithos came to $152,287 (minus the Total Liabilities of $72,496)

Nope, nothing funny going on here ... LOL
