As for a list of celebrities who have been sued for fraud but have not yet had a verdict, here are a few examples:
 
Elon Musk - In 2018, the Tesla CEO was sued by the SEC for securities fraud related to tweets he made about taking Tesla private.
Kylie Jenner - In 2020, the reality TV star and beauty mogul was sued for alleged fraud related to her Kylie Cosmetics brand.
Justin Bieber - In 2021, the pop star was sued for alleged fraud related to a cancellation of a meet-and-greet event.
It's important to note that the outcome of these lawsuits is not yet known, and the celebrities are innocent until proven guilty.
