Spectral Medical Inc. is a Canada-based late-stage theragnostic company advancing therapeutic options for sepsis and septic shock. That's rich, especially for someone that is almost never interested in discussing the big picture, what they have secured so far, the overwhelming need (lives and ICU costs), the mountain of evidence for PMX, etc.

Your sole refrain has only to do with some extrapolated number from recent months(or Covid included periods of time) that somehow suggests to you that they will not ever score a touch down from 1st and goal (at least not within the next 7 - 10 years)

Maybe they consider your approach to be crazy? Or maybe someone benefits from your "key pout" messaging ...at least for now.
