RE:RE:RE:IN the Press Release Not concerned about their Tangible Net Book Value. It might give some indication as to how fair the SP is, but like I've said before, it only come into play if the company liquidates & that's not happening.
I've bought and sold DBM 3 times over the last couple of years & made nice profits each time .. so that's why I'm here. I simply find it mind-boggling that it's currently trading at this level.
They do have good management, so if you're in it for the long term, you should do ok .. while you collect a nice dividend.
I'm confident that investors will eventually see the light (& realize the analysts predicting higher share prices
in the near term are dreaming). When that happens I'll buy back in at a much lower price. If it doesn't happen, there's always good deals to be had.
