RE:RE:Several of Superior’s largest shareholders participated in tNO, you are wrong again. I would still like to see a 'NO' vote win because I believe CYL are paying way too much for SGI especially when you see 'Several of Superior’s largest shareholders participated in the Placement' , This means that the majors are not only supporting the 'Yes' vote but are also helping CYL satisfy a key condition of the T/O bid. But most importantly it is also an acknowledgement from your majors that working capital funds are required immediately for Plutonic to continue (So much for being cash flow positive.) Also, check your voting stats: it is not 66 2/3% of the total issued capital that is required but a % of the vote on the day. Your logic will only be valid if 100% of shareholders representing a 100% of the issued capital vote on that day.
“662⁄3% of shares voted are required to vote in favour of the Plan for it to succeed”.
