RE:Why vote against the BOD and CEO at the AGM80 cents, 80M, less 1 time sales, 40M dept @ 15% for worthless pipeline, no signs of cutting amin. costs... want more reasons... I understand ditching the management at this point in time ain't exactly great idea but selling the dam thing might just be.
