Perhaps Sundaylady can offer something on this beautiful day. My only thought is that there are a few companies that have a great deal invested here in time and expertise, and with encouraging results so far, one assumes they are not going to let others pick it up for a song. Then again I am naive and do not really have an answer.
I did a brief layman's look at bladder cancer, and it is possible that the combination of pelareorep and tecentriq might be worth exploring.
