Oncolytics Biotech Inc. is a clinical-stage biotechnology company. One way would be for a big pharma to buy into oncy, say a 25% stake, for $ 1 billion or more. That would entail creating a new class of non-trading shares. Why would they do that? To get tied close to us. If that were the result of competitive bidding, it would not be a hard sell to a board. All IMHO
