FreeportI was a bit suprized to see the deal with AWX and Freeport. If they spend 50 million and earn 80 per cent and AWX retains 20 percent and a large deposit is found and proven up then a good deal for them. A better deal would be a futher carry to a production notice as we have. I would have chosen the Oweegee Dome property over the Todd Creek and I am befuddled by Sanatana stock price at .03. The problem here is severe dilution that will come in order to drill out and find an orebody. Hard to price the stock in the face of that. I might be tempted to just buy the company if I were a major. All in all this demonstrates the price of real estate is going sharply up, and it generally good for Teutons balance sheet. I have to think in terms of Treaty Creek being the only asset that matters as time is slipping away for me and to prove up and realize the "big gains" takes a decade as we are experiancing. I agree with holding on till proper valuation is realized and that number is certainly a moving target with the Northest extention in the bullseye and the potential at PFST. at the fault intersection. I agree Zorg, probably the majors have been foolhardy in trying to pick the bones instead of paying reasonable freight for what may prove to be their greatest squandering folly in the history of their collective enterprize. I have a feeling that the Northest drilling will make them bury there head in there hands!!!
