Bombardier biggest mistake

The biggest mistake that BBD did and will cost a lot in this time of shortage in supply chain , is that it designed 2 planes with same parts , similar systems architecture : Cseries and G7500. They decided to give one of this two programs to the biggest airplane manufacturer in the world . Now BBD has to compete with this giant for parts .. who do you thinks will win ?
