Ilmenite Concentration Plant Expansions Phase 3 (originally planned for 2028) = 425Kt capacity supposedly to support its TiO2 Pigment Plant expansion. However the Phase 1 of the TiO2 Pigment Plant project is currently delayed therefore both the TiO2 and Ilmenite expansion plans are also on hold. Some US$300M are expected in terms of  CAPEX requirements for the TiO2 Pigment Plant + TiO2 Pigment expansion + Ilmenite expansion. So can management deliver Phase 1, nevermind Phase 3?
