RE:Haywood securities.I may be mistaken but I think I remember management saying that the buyback would be more than the options granted. So that's a benefit for the shareholders. I'm not sure of the exact rules but I think the company must sit on the BID and cannot hit the ASK. If nobody is willing to sell to them they must sit on the BID and wait. Hence, there are some days where they only pick up a few hundred shares as in today, yesterday and Friday.
