There are many Phases before you are allowed to market your PERFECT PRODUCT. Once it passes all stages then you can market it.

Believe for drugs/vaccine it has stage 1 a, b
Then stage 2 a, b. Believe for test kits in the medical field also has 2 stages.

All MEDMIRA long-term shareholders must be frustrated BUT believe this news TODAY will be well received by analyst and institutional investors therefore should have some positive impact on the company and its potential in clear terms PRICE should open HIGHER tomorrow. Overall is a good news. 

Just have to wait and see.
