RE:New report on CIBT!Yep "new report"... LOL very flowery, and consistent with the paid for reporting this company has failed at for a decade.  Bottom line is this is a student education AND Vancouver REAL ESTATE HOLDING company....  check out those sectors, then compare the stock price here the last 5 years... Failure.  Total failure.  Deliver something to shareholders.
