Just meeting deadlines as a Tech Project is not a serious effort to convince buyers to put their money on the line.

Really they have to separate the Tech Geniuses from the Sales Force, the Tech Gurus never sold a single thing, because they are not sales people. First priority growing a sales force.
But of course if you don't know if your display models are going to be available for the trade show. It is getting very difficult to organise it properly. You get fangate.
Running a company is not the excitement of meeting a trade show deadline as exciting as it may seem.
You need a systematic approach to sales. If you never sold a thing, you need a NEW or a REAL sales force.
Come on how did the US Tier1 escape? Clueless sales force is going to be my bet. If it is true this is a World Class gadget.
