SH deposition

SH depositionJGTF alleges obstruction again:

“I hereby argue that, within the deadline, in favor of my client Mr. Stephen Holt, Director of MSX, who could not connect to the ZOOM link to render his acquittal of positions required by the opposing party.  This is due to connection problems of his work computer because as a result of his work, he is working in inhospitable mining areas in North America.  My client intends to appear at the hearing of acquittal of positions, by zoom, on the day and time set by this Court.”

Ossa/Claro in turn asks to have another hearing date set under notificaiton of the consequences if he does not show:

"Consequently, in accordance with the provisions of Articles 385 and following of the Code of Civil Procedure, I request that Mr. Stephen Anthony Holt, legal representative of the plaintiff Mountainstar Gold Inc., or his successor in office, be summoned personally, in second call under the warnings of Articles 393 and 394 of the CPC.  Mr. Holt or whoever succeeded him in his position, must acquit Mountainstar’s and his own facts, according to the List of Positions that was submitted encrypted in Folio 166.  Likewise, the hearing must be held in full telematic mode as ordered by the Court when decreeing it, in Folios 168, 182, 192 and 204."
