I gladly retract my previous comments about LME wanting to keep price low.
However, I still think that my theory has merit in terms of explaning real reason why they don't want to release assay results.
If that caused share price to go to (say) $5-$10 before a buyout, there would be some real concern that some of the friends and family want to liquidate a portion of their holdings before any buyout and that this could impact the control that the real insiders maintain.
But, again, I may be all wet!
