Atlas Salt Inc. is a Canada-based mineral exploration company. The Company is engaged in the evaluation, exploration, development and production of industrial mineral properties in Newfoundland and Labrador. The Company’s principal asset is the Great Atlantic salt deposit project (Great Atlantic Salt Project), located in the St. George Basin of western Newfoundland. Its Gypsum Project is three kilometers (km) southwest of Great Atlantic salt deposit, which is an early-stage and open-pit production from the Ace deposit. Its Nepheline Syenite Property consists of a surface occurrence of nepheline syenite along the southern Labrador highway. The project is located approximately six km from tide water.

RE:The Atlas Salt Game PlanI don't think that's true. This company is not going to be forced into accepting anything near this level. Everyone knows how much this thing is worth and during these poor economic days they're probably not getting the offers they want. They certainly don't feel the pressure to sell anytime soon. It'll probably take a waiting game, but if they sold out at anything under $5 per share they'd be getting hosed. Closer to $10 a share is probably what this project is worth on paper, but it would be tough to get that now. I also believe that if they actually developed this mine themselves and kept it they'd probably make alot more money doing that in the long run, it just depends on whether or not they want to put in that kind of time and risk. This project is definitely worth money, but it will take time. Share price could drop below a buck, even maybe 50 cents, who knows, but it's worth a buy in there in my opinion.
