Outake vs offtake?

Outake vs offtake?

Dragon is mixed up again? Is he talking about an offtake agreement?

Offtake agreement would allow UCU to sell a predetermined amount of goods for a fix price.

Assuming UCU makes a deal with a 3rd party, what will it sell ? concentrate or oxide? concentrate of what and for what quantities?  The price difference between oxide and concentrate will be material and the amount of money that would receive UCU would depend on what it intends to sell.

Assuming UCU knows all of that, can it get money even before providing anything to the 3rd party or it needs to deliver before obtaining payment? How long will it take to provide the agreed goods to the 3rd party?

Assuming UCU receives money beforehand, will it be enough to cover the OPEX? If yes, for how long?

With all the uncertainties, it will certainly be easier for UCU to raise money through a PP. Any existing shareholders ready to throw more money to the management? Most likely.

It's funny how people gives credit to Dragon.  I have been reading this Board for what 7-8 years, and I don't remember once where he was right. And, I don't remember once where he criticized a decision from management. Iron clad agreement right?

Aushed was harsh on Dragon. I think it was well deserved.
