Think of James Bond in the casino. He puts down his chips and loses, but he just grins and nods and walks away. He doesn’t bang on the table or protest to the croupier. You have to have that same sort of energy when you’re trading, because you can’t always bet red and win. Sometimes black comes up, and you have to be able to face it and stay suave.
In the investment world, grace is one of the most underappreciated commodities.
