There are no positives in that financing. Zero. The fact that the stock dropped even more is not a good thing.

There is no potential spin here. It means that they failed in protecting the balance sheet and needed to raise money at ridiculously cheap prices to compensate for the poor financial managment.

And then oil dropped 20%. I wonder what they plan to do next?
