This IPO follows the closing of private placements worth over $5.3M and the acquisition of an 83,000-acre potash land portfolio in Utah.

Based on historical exploration SAGE has defined an inferred resource of 159.3M metric tonnes grading 42.67% KCl with 0.01% carnallite and 0.62% insolubles for the upper potash bed and 120.2 MMT grading 35.77% KCl for the lower potash bed.
The company plans to complete a step-out geological hole to define resource estimates further and advance preliminary engineering and PEA.
The Paradox Basin, where the resource is located, is known to host extensive world-class potash resources, and SAGE aims to contribute to domestic potash production in the United States.
