RE:RE:RE:Sounds like they're making progerss on Escobal. Phase 3?How many years since the scr3w over of the THO shareholders? 
How many more years is it going to take to come to an agreement?
IF phase 3 gets solved within the next 6 years ... if it doesn't, the contingency expires AND all those holding those contingency "shares" get nothing! 
So, you see, there is a benefit to PAAS to not get this settled!
