CM secondary issue coming imo

CM secondary issue coming imoThey took a massive hit OF $750 mm USD on their SEC settlement.

their capital ratios are near the boarder line.

BMO had to do an issue and I believe CM is next  imo.

CM won't gain back much ground till the mkt feels comfortable with its ratios. .... therefore a capital raise.. imo.
