Boom! Nice day today. Did I miss any news?

So I wonder if as part of the negotiations with VW the federal and provincial governments can prod the company to write LOIs with some miners? Or some other mechanism to partner with them. Or is enough that they're in the province and it just makes economic sense to go with local mines.
