Under Virginia property, it focuses on exploring two targets in Virginia: high-grade mesothermal gold vein mineralization along strike of the Buckingham Gold Vein and zinc-copper SEDEX-style mineralization in a newly identified base metals/polymetallic belt.

RE:RE:4. Related Party Transaction Yes. This is definately considered a risk and not a positive. Add in a failed bought deal financing from certain posters here does not bode well. This could all be part of the plan to go private as Trapped has indicated. I would be concerned if I owned 7 million shares if liquidity has been taken away. Not that its liquid currently with $1500 of shares trading so far today. Some will have you believe that all is well with this company that only has $34,500 in the bank as of last filing and hasnt been able to raise money since April 2022 that only closed $60,000 at that time. There just isnt any demand for BAY stock. Gracias. Tik tok. Grinnnn. Cheers mate. Yup.
