super quick and super hot. Great , but you need induction friendly pots and pans
to handle the temperature ranges and secondly, special heavy duty wiring for the
increased power loads. So there are extra costs involved to the consumer and
does this option make sense when we are transitioning into a world where the
demand for power is rising exponentially while our grids are aging and overburdened
as is. One has to question where the power is going to come from just to satsfy
the needs fo all the EV's let alone the electrification of almost everything else.
e.g, heat pumps and tankless water heaters and induction stoves.
