RE:RE:RE:RE:Sake and leaseback of Commercial Real EstateSelling off your real estate to then pay to lease that same real estate back does not make any sense to me. That sounds like a shortsighted move government would make. Especially for a one time special dividend. They are already sitting on too much cash.

Eventually, they will uplist, eventually, they will start paying a dividend. And when you pay a dividend, they will come. It just might not be on a timeline that a lot of people like. Which is fine becaue this allows people to accumilate shares. Most likely by the time they report, half the value of the share price will be in cash. And I'm not an investment genius, but I believe it is impossible for a company without any debt to go bankrupt.
