Seems like interested investors are

Seems like interested investors arecontent to not venture a guess or back it with any dollars to see if we can break the steady stream of crickets and not much else.

This is a mighty plan, complicated with International overtones but instigated by Constellation STZ with $5 billion C worth of committment that speaks for itself.

Constellation paid premium price when they launched this plan to enter into the cannabinoid field and were the first, to the best of my knowledge, of serious players to cover their azzes for their anticipated marketshare losses for their soft alcohol business.

I think they opened the eyes of their alcohol competitors who quickly took notice and started taking their own actions to position for some serious contention for that light buzz market.

LPs and MSOs recognized that beverages will be a winning category and beverage alcohol felt motivated to be ready for the change of consumers choice in favour of healthier buzzy options or the increase of Shirley Temple consumerism that taste like beverage alcohol but come in with low calories and low sugar.

Constellation's crystal ball showed their future with thc and cbd and the other newly identified cannabinoids that are confusing everybody but the see'ers vision as here to stay.

Canopy under Constellation's guidance have fired a shot across the bow for the US, to announce our intentions for the Acreage deal and how Canopy is going to bring all things good from Canopy to the US marketplace.

In the meantime Canopy is working hard to plug the drain on cash in Canada and putting full effort and financing into bringing in the marriage of Canopy and Acreage together as a formidable player with a brand new company called Canopy USA and a new symbol to be listed on US exchanges.

This is a tall, complicated deal to pull off but STZ has been the driving force that have full belief in the fact that they can make this happen.

Canopy USA has intentions to maintain a leadership position and I beleive that our rich old uncle STZ will continue to cover financing, if necessary, to bring this home.

US MSOs have navigated the choppy rules and guidelines to success with black ink which has most LPs changing direction in Canada and moving their intentions to the US.

There is also a trend that is banking heavily on cannabinoid infused beverages as cannibalizing the smokeables that is growing despite the lack of co-operation by government who seem to be at full anchor to actually sign off on a multitude of well thought out bills that would aid and assist a fledgling new vice sku that shows so much promise as a healthier alternative to soft beverage alcohol.

Consumers are looking for safer, healthier options and cannabinoids show promise.

Getting US politics to respond to the will of the voters in regards to cannabinoid infused beverages will become more relevant as we approach 2024 elections.

There are several good bills passed in this regard to help this new/old industry as bona fide industry.  If they could just cherrypick the best points and listen to the lobbyists for what they need to go full launch with cannabinoids and pass a serious bill that would level the playing field for cannabinoids to at least be equal to alcohol, that could be the tie-breaker for US politics.
