We also have interest rates causing havoc because people just aren't ready for this.  Excessive debt that isn't as easy to service.

This is where GUD can make some waves for the future - find some depressed assets - add on a few opportunities.

I'm not saying they will but this is where they can get the green light to buy some things.

Personally - I'd like to see a few depressed assets come our way over the 2023 year.  Makes sense to pull the trigger.  IMO.
