Rockcliff Metals Is To Become A Major Lithium Explorer!

Rockcliff Metals Is To Become A Major Lithium Explorer!Foremost Metals is well ahead in the lithium sphere, but nearby Rockcliff Metals is about to add lithium to its Snow Lake metal's asset base. And why not? The pegmatites are there for the picking and they do, also contain spodumene. Assays are on the way!

Here's what I just posted on the Rockcliff Metals Stockhouse site but it also applies to Foremost sharenolders of whom I am also one:

"...Snow Lake Lithium's TBL (Thompson Brothers Lithium) property lies just to the south of Rockcliff's new lithium play at Bur. Snow Lake Lithium plans to initially begin its mining project with a DSO (Direct Ore Shipping To Market). After some significant cash flow returns have been received, then the plan is to build a lithium concentator. Snow Lake has an off-take in place (at the MOU stage) with LG Energy Solutions..."

"...Snow Lake Resources Ltd., d/b/a Snow Lake Lithium Ltd. (Nasdaq:LITM) (“Snow Lake Lithium”) has signed a non-binding Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with LG Energy Solution (LGES: KRX 373220) as a next step towards building the domestic supply chain for the North American electric vehicle market.Snow Lake Lithium and LGES will collaborate to explore the opportunity to create one of Canada's first lithium hydroxide processing plants in CentrePort, Southern Manitoba. Under the terms of the MOU, Snow Lake Lithium will supply LGES with lithium over 10 years once production starts in 2025..."

"...Project Development

Our central focus is on creating a staged and responsible approach to project development, which shortens the overall production timeline. Specifically, a Preliminary Economic Assessment (PEA) which considers the possibility of Direct Shipping Ore (DSO) will be commissioned. This process may involve selectively mining and / or ore sorting. Beginning the development process through DSO will fast track the development of our project as it removes many of the permitting and capital spending hurdles whilst generating cash flow for the Company.

The inclusion of DSO into the Company's strategy offers additional assurance of supply to our potential offtake partners. Importantly, the PEA will also investigate a complete flow sheet which will include a DMS / concentrator operation, which we will look to fund through cash flows generated through DSO.

Project Growth

As recently announced, the Company has increased its land holdings to 59,587 acres of prospective lithium ground. The Company plans to conduct a field exploration campaign once the snow melts. The campaign's objective will be to identify additional lithium-bearing pegmatite swarms across the project.

The Company then plans to commence exploration drilling on any high priority targets generated through the campaign, with the objective of increasing its projects tonnage.

Finally, we plan to continue to evaluate M&A opportunities in the region as we work to grow our project portfolio via accretive acquisitions..."

Foremost Lithium and Rockcliff Metals could eventually be merged or acquired with or by Snow Lake LIthium as that company greatly expands its operations in future years.

I have astutely acquired both of these cheaper priced companies in my portfolio of better longer term, exploration bets!

No praise is necessary! The lithium space will provide a wide open market! Everyone interested in batteries will want to buy. And one day, the demand will be huge!

Buying them early, just makes a lot of very good sense!

If Rockcliff Metals has no short term future, working with an unreliable joint venture partner like Hudbay Minerals, they may have better results working with a better motivated company like Snow Lake Lithium.

However, working with either potential partner means investing in Rockcliff Metals is a longer term commitment for a shareholder to make.

And at least now, it appears for now that Rockcliff management may have finally awakened to the value of exploring in the lithium space. M&A activity in the Snow Lake lithium space could still be years away. But that is what Ken Lapierre has already stated. In the lithium space, Rockcliff Metals is just getting started!

"..Rockcliff’s interim President and CEO Ken Lapierre commented, “Our drill program at Bur has discovered the presence of beryl, tourmaline and lithium bearing spodumene and lepidolite in zoned pegmatites within the WLPF.  The discovery of pegmatites near our existing 5.3 million tonne high grade Bur VMS Deposit is truly a testament to the tremendous prospectivity of the property for copper, zinc and now lithium and other critical minerals. Historical maps on the property have outlined kilometres long unexplored pegmatite dyke swarms at surface throughout the property.  A modern-day staking rush continues around us and heated interest in this area focuses on its potential to host multiple and significant areas with lithium and critical minerals all near a world class copper-zinc mining camp with excellent infrastructure already in place.  As we continue to focus on copper and zinc within our extensive property portfolio, we will sample and assay lithium and critical minerals on all pegmatites intersected in our drilling at the Bur Property. We will also re-examine Bur historical drill core for additional pegmatite intersections previously not recognized. Rockcliff plans to expand its summer prospecting program at Bur and at its nearby 100% owned Sails Property, which happens to be centered between two major landowners in the WLPF.  It’s in the early stages for us in the lithium space but we are excited to investigate this tremendous lithium and critical mineral opportunity and will keep our shareholders updated with results...”

"...If drill core sampling of the pegmatite dykes proves successful, Rockcliff will expand its efforts to determine the prospectivity of the pegmatite dykes throughout the Bur Property in the coming spring and summer seasons..."

                                                           Better late than never!

Rockcliff, sure do explore more definitively at Bur!

There may be a lot of lithium to add to the company's metal resource that's already there!

It's better to find everything of value to add to shareholder trust!

And I for one, am really excited!

                                                               All the best! Java
