RE:Someone Wants InLikely Cantor Fitz again. They bought exactly 500K shares yesterday and today they have purchased 6,400 at exactly $4.00 which is the price that you're seeing on the bid side.  Looks like they're loading up.  Never let a crisis go to waste!
