I dont feel the need to answer my own question that I was asking the board. You may need to re-read the original post after you calm down a little. Maybe take in little bits at a time. Start by reading the subject line of the post. 


The actual question is still valid as a financing or Private placement has not occurred since that post in November 2022  BTW, at the time of that post, the company reported in its financials, that the cash in the bank was just under $13,000.
