i'm a long time shareholder,,,,,in absence of a wilan sale or new material contracts at ETC,,,tape shows this stock will hit a $1,,,,i may add at that price,,,,,,why dont they just spin off shares of wilan shares and leave QTRH as a pure play on Intelligent Transportation Systems
