I agree but at the same time can we afford replacing the management at this point in time. Do you think it would send a good message to the market to loose a CEO or CFO at this point in time. I think replacing a couple of board memebers is probably necessary tough and I will vote accordingly. Unless something happens before I can actually vote on April 4. That's my personnal deadline.
