FT Shares Max Over Allotment

FT Shares Max Over AllotmentThe offering closed today at maximum over allotment of shares at $2.54. Compare that with the $1.74 share price closing on Friday. The tax pool flow through is not worth the delta in price by any stretch. Apparently the trouncing these shares received by shorts didn't reflect the value seen by those taking the offering. I think this crazy low valuation of the last 2 weeks is going to expire. To think I was able to load up on shares below 1x cash flow may be the bargain of the decade. Do your own due diligence.
