"On February 18, 2023, the Company’s wholly owned subsidiary TAAT International filed a voluntary petition for non-individuals filing for bankruptcy with the District of Nevada under the Chapter 11 Bankruptcy Code. An estimate of the financial impact cannot be made at this time.". See page 35 of financial statement
