"the amounts disclosed as salary for the President and CEO is a combination of amounts paid pursuant to a contractor agreement, and amounts paid pursuant to an employment agreement"
When attending the AGM, it might prove critical to ask Cheung for copies of both the "contractor agreement" and the "employment agreement", and to ask him specifically, WHO has ownership and control of all of the patents.
