The only winner since eira Thomas took over is eira Thomas , maybe Clara will disrupt and I hope it does but we are a long way in to the 5 year plan with the target of 10 percent of diamonds on Clara , we are so far off that target , maybe we will see a stratospheric rise in volume on Clara but it is the slowest ramp up ever. Eira hinted that we can't get anywhere near the target on our own but we are still on our own .we need something to change !
