RE:PP closedconfirmation of PP closing. 14million shares in strong hands plus a likely other 20mill shares already in strong hands... market cap just over 3mill. so finishing the year out at 3-4 mill in sales gives us a Fair market Value closer to 22cts... Now give us one or two large contracts and we can see a value closer to 30..... nrs are being held tightly these days .. hopefully something solid on the horizon to get some momentum here while the market is rype ..

Warrant exercise price: seven cents for a two-year period
Number of placees: 17 placees
Total existing insider involvement: 4.7 million (three insiders)
Total pro group involvement: 500,000 (one pro group)
Finder's fee: $6,000 cash and 120,000 warrants
Finder's warrant terms: Each warrant entitles the holder to purchase one common share at the price of seven cents for period of two years from the date of issuance.
The company issued a news release on March 20, 2023, confirming the closing of the private placement. Note that in certain circumstances the exchange may later extend the expiry date of the warrants, if they are less than the maximum permitted term.
