Its subsidiaries include Gold Belt, S.A., Nicoz Resources, S.A., and Mako US Corp.

That's why it had momentum up to .28 and perhaps would've continued on and then 
 insiders sold and brought it back to sub split. 

Killed it! 

Just a guess
The timing I feel was detrimental. 

I mean.... why? Why ? Why? 

Like having a successful grand opening then raising the prices the very next day and people no longer support the cause.
