Totally agree with your posts. In reference to alberta you also have to take into account condy associated which has a premuium to WTI. That of course depends on the production. Dry gas vs wet gas. Then of course there are NGLs that are not equivelent. NGLs are not condy.  Love how companies like Tourmaline quote liquids vs Condy. Two different things in terms of product value. 

clearly you know this. Other investors dont. 

question... is TCF gas dry? Or is it a hotter gas? Any idea?
